A local Georgia county will be hosting “How to do Business with Rockdale”, an event aimed at educating entrepreneurs with information on how to do business with the county of Rockdale. The event will take place on Wednesday, May 15th and will last from 10am until noon. It will be held in Conyers, GA at JP Carr Community Room on 981 Taylor St.
Vendors are invited to attend this two-hour informal Meet and Greet. The cost is completely free of charge. Some of the event’s topics will include, “Basic Purchasing Policies”, “How and Where to Start” and “Purchasing Website”. This is a great opportunity for learning about bids, as well as networking with other vendors, and the purchasing and departmental staff.
