Today, they have said that they are extending the seed financing round to increase $5 million. This extended round for this 2 years old startup firm was first led by the private investors named Fabio Blom and Pierre Lorinet and MI8, which is an Asia focused European backed private investment company.
Sleek also is counting a number of higher profile individuals which include Oliver Gerhardt – the founder of the Wavecell, Martin Crawford – the former Group CEO of the corporate giant Vistra, Olivier Legrand – the managing director at the LinkedIn and Eric Barbier – the founder of the TransferTo. Sleek was founded by the French entrepreneurs named Adrien Barthel and Julien Labruyere, and today it is aiding over 2000 companies and startups in the Hong Kong and Singapore. Some of their clients include Aspire Financials, Ematic Solutions, Yours Cosmetics, Dievialet and the oil and gas giant.
Sleek is not only aiding the companies and startups that incorporate themselves in the Singapore, but also takes care of the accounting, regulatory compliance, taxes and other administrative works. Both Singapore and Hon Kong have appeared as epicenters for the startups and the tech worldwide. Barthel said that Hong Kong is a historical financial hub in the Asia having 6 times more operating firms than in the Singapore as well as a fascinating business ecosystem. Now, both Singapore and Hong Kong is offering a wide range of advantages that include government backed startup programs to grab the attraction of the businesses.
