Chinese development companies like Xiaomi, ByteDance considers India as their largest market as near about 450 million people use smartphone. Tiktok apps has recently got popularity and accumulated about 200 million of users only in India.

Xiaomi is trying to build a portfolio to compete in the apps market as they have a large smartphone market in India. It launched Mi Credit, a digital lending apps in market at the last month. It is challenging to gain traction for the companies as they need to spend much and that’s why Indian apps are being more installed.
